Samskara Radio is the music project of yoga teacher/musician Simon Marrocco who runs his own yoga studio and retreat centre.

In the early 80’s Simon was performing in his band The Mood (1981-84) and supported bands like The Angels, The Sunny Boys and Paul Kelly and The Dots. After a long sojourn from the music scene Simon connected with Jeff Martin of The Tea Party in 2013. This inspired his return to music and sparked the beginning of Samskara Radio.

MC Mooks was first noticed after videos were posted of him beat boxing & rapping while travelling on Brisbane's transit system. They went viral receiving more than 1 million views. MC Mooks rap style is raw & old school.
