Tasmanian multi-instrumentalist Bill O’Brien is Thetamychos. He is also the drummer for bands Pure and The Silverbeets and is based in Hobart.

"Through Prisms Of Shadows spookily wrote itself. After two months of diminished arpeggio development and drum kit experiments with polyrhythmic West African drumming, I awoke one morning, picked up my classical guitar, chose a key signature, pressed record and in a subtle day dream-like trance (theta brain waves perhaps) performed the guitar part on the fly in its entirety."
